General Information
1. Safety Warning: Some might contains small parts and sharp accessories. Adult supervision required. Recommended for ages 15+.
2. Eco-Friendly Tip: Please recycle packaging materials properly.
3. Size & Color Note: A 1-3cm size deviation or slight color difference may occur due to measurement methods, lighting, or monitor settings. Both are normal; please refer to the actual product.
Core Blind Box Terms
1. Unboxing Video Requirement: Record a complete unboxing video (outer packaging with tracking number → unboxing process → product display) upon receipt. No after-sales service will be provided without a valid video.
2. Randomness & Return Policy: Blind boxes are randomly assorted, and specific design requests are not accepted. No returns or exchanges will be granted after unboxing except for quality issues (excludes personal preference or failure to receive the desired design).
3. Imperfection Notes & Handling:
◦ Minor imperfections such as uneven coloring, slight scratches, paint chipping, or air bubbles are normal during the manufacturing process. Thank you for your understanding.
◦ Live stream orders are shipped with opened packaging by default; unopened items are ineligible for defect-related exchanges. Unopened blind boxes/bags cannot apply for defect after-sales service (requires return to the factory for processing).
◦ We can assist with coordinating exchanges for duplicate designs in the same series, but cannot guarantee 100% approval from manufacturers.
After-Sales & Shipping Rules
1. Product Issue Claims: For wrong, missing, or damaged items, contact us within 7 business days of receipt (WA:+86 19152389737). Provide your order number, live stream screenshot, and unboxing video. Late requests will not be processed.
2. Shipping Damage Handling: If outer packaging is severely damaged upon delivery, take on-site photos as evidence and report within 24 hours. Otherwise, the packaging will be deemed intact.
3. Special Item Rules: Pre-order/limited edition items will be shipped as scheduled. No order changes, expedited processing, cancellations, or returns are allowed (includes personal reasons or unfulfilled design expectations).
Additional Rules
1. Store Points: Non-refundable and valid only for product purchases.
2. Address Modification: Request address changes within 24 hours of ordering via WA (WA:+86 19152389737). Late requests will not be accepted, and the buyer shall be responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
3. Plush Product Note: Slight deformation may occur due to compression during shipping; simple reshaping will restore the original form.
4. International Shipping Disclaimer: Outer boxes may be damaged during international transit (the courier's responsibility). We are only liable for damage to the internal product.
